While we are on the subject of J.C. Penney, looks like they are going to try a new strategy and do away with the dozens of sales they offer each week and just permanently mark down their clothing by 40%.  I wonder if this means they’ll be downsizing their advertising as well…

If you recall, JC Penney spent a lot of moola in 2011 rebranding their identity and got some bad marks for lack of creativity with their results. So, back to the drawing board this year to create something that screams American. I think they got it on this second try. You?
